Luigi Mangione struggles with police, shouts at media before court appearance

The man suspected of killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson fought against police and yelled as he was escorted into a courthouse for an extradition hearing in Pennsylvania Tuesday afternoon.

Cameras captured him saying, "It’s an insult to the intelligence of the American people!" as he was pulled inside.
