Accused Clackamas County wife killer pleads not guilty to murder charge
1 min read
Prosecutors allege Michel Fournier, 71, killed his wife, 61-year-old Susan Lane-Fournier. Authorities found her body in Welches last Friday after she had been missing for a week. Police arrested her husband and booked him into the Clackamas County jail the same day.
Lane-Fournier’s two dogs were found dead in Multnomah County.
The Clackamas County judge was forced to go to the jail on Tuesday for Fournier’s arraignment because the video link between the jail and the courtroom was not working for a second day.
