YVYV: Looking back at 50 years of Earl Blumenauer’s public service

This country’s 119th Congress will be sworn in in just 33 days.

Missing from the Oregon delegation will be longtime Congressman Earl Blumenauer.

Blumenauer announced last year, that after nearly three decades in Congress, he would not seek re-election in Oregon’s Third Congressional District.

The blue district includes Portland and most of Multnomah County, also parts of Clackamas and Hood River counties.
