Chef Kwame Onwuachi is enjoying superstar chef status. The New York Times named his restaurant, Tatiana, number one restaurant in New York City two years in a row. He’s brought his talents back to DC with Dōgon. In this Food Fare, Omwuachi explains his inspiration behind his latest restaurant.
