Officials speak after violence disrupts holiday cheer in downtown Chicago

State Street in downtown Chicago is lit in all sorts of Christmas lights and decorations ahead of the holiday season, but it was also lit up by flashing blue lights both Friday and Saturday as fights and gunshots disturbed the peace.
