First Story helps Bend family receive their first home

Megan, Troy and their daughter on Thursday explored their brand new home they received through First Story. The organization is an extension of Hayden Homes that builds affordable homes and provide loans to families to buy them.

This home is also unique because the Heart Of Oregon Corps’ YouthBuild program provided much of the labor to make it.
