‘I need serious help’: Man who stabbed ex-girlfriend in Ponte Vedra Beach speaks before sentencing

Spencer Pearson spoke to the court Friday before the a judge would sentence him in the Ponte Vedra Beach stabbing incident that left his ex-girlfriend paralyzed. He was charged with two counts of attempted first-degree murder with a weapon and aggravated battery causing serious injury with a weapon.
