City Council approves plan to build traffic signal outside Oregon Humane Society

City Council has green-lit an emergency ordinance to improve the safety of the intersection outside the Oregon Humane Society.

The Oregon Humane Society has been asking the city to improve the intersection for years. But due to budget constraints and the pandemic, the project hasn’t moved forward.
