Massive fire at tire recycling facility still burning after 12 hours

Twelve hours into battling a massive fire at a Northside recycling facility, the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department said it was bringing in heavy equipment to tackle the burning rubbish pile made mostly of ground-up tires.
