Phoenix, AZ, police rescue man from car submerged in pool

Police in Phoenix, Arizona, rescued a man in a car that ended up submerged into a swimming pool. The incident occurred on October 31. According to the department, the man told officers that he "accidentally stepped on the gas too hard."
