Fake Miami-Dade vet did at-home C-section on dog, leading to puppies’ deaths, cops say

Miami-Dade police say they arrested a man posing as a veterinarian Monday after a litter of puppies died after he’s believed to have performed a C-section on a dog at his home sometime during the Christmas holiday in 2023.
