Oregon judge rules Oswego Lake should be open to the public

An Oregon judge ruled against the city of Lake Oswego’s restriction of public access to Oswego Lake, but the ruling could be appealed.
A decision issued Wednesday by Judge Kathie F. Steele in a long-running lawsuit found the city of Lake Oswego’s ordinance blocking public access to the lake to be unlawful and ordered the city to allow access effective immediately through Millennium Plaza Park.
