RNC 2024 Day 2: Trump critics come around to support him

It’s day two of the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee. Excitement there is building after former President Donald Trump made a surprise appearance — the first since he survived an assassination attempt — and revealed Ohio Sen. JD Vance as his running mate.

National Correspondent Ahtra Elnashar reports from inside the convention about how some in the party are changing their tune about Trump in an attempt to unify the party.
