Police arrest man they say terrorized woman in Miami-Dade neighborhood for months

Several women accused a 26-year-old Cuban migrant who works in construction of masturbating while stalking them at their homes in Miami-Dade County, police said. He was brazen. A victim reported he even knocked on her window and left his semen on the glass.
