King Tide nearly sweeps woman out to sea

On Thursday, a woman was seen at Cannon Beach nearly being swept out to sea by a king tide. The Cannon Beach Police Department shared video of the incident at Gower St. ramp. She was able to make it out of the surf, but it was a close call. As the video shows.
