Is Disturbance 1 in Caribbean future Tropical Storm Sara?

A new disturbance is likely to form in the Caribbean this week and become a tropical depression, according to the National Hurricane Center. Conditions seem favorable that it could then become a tropical storm — known as Tropical Storm Sara. It is still took soon to know where the system will go, but Florida should watch.
