Storm system is moving in packing 50mph wind gusts, 1-2 inches of rain, 25-feet breaking wave heights and 8-inches of Cascade snow. Improvements Wednesday afternoon, but rainy conditions likely through Thursday. Next big storm arrives by Sunday with similar conditions expected.
