Trump’s ‘border czar’ speaks on mass deportations: ‘Families can be deported together’

President-elect Donald Trump has said solving the immigration problem is one of his top priorities. During his 2024 campaign, Trump repeatedly vowed to deport millions of undocumented immigrants.

On Sunday, he selected Tom Homan as his new head of Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Homan, who served as the acting director of ICE in Trump’s last administration, previewed his mass deportation plans in a recent interview with 60 Minutes.
