Protesters outside City Hall say both parties failed on economy, health care, and rent

Well over 100 people gathered outside Portland City Hall on Friday evening.

People who spoke to the crowd talked about numerous issues including the war in Ukraine, the Israel-Hamas conflict and the economy.
