PBOT emphasizes vehicle removal on Leaf Day to prevent citations and towing

The City of Portland and Portland Bureau of Transportation are urging people to get ready for Leaf Day.

Leaf Day is a service that sweeps 53 districts with the highest concentration of mature street trees and leaves within the city. This accounts to about a third of the city and is done for free.
