Man arrested in connection to deadly Vancouver Mall shooting on Halloween

Vancouver police arrested a 32-year-old man on Saturday who they identified as the suspect in the deadly Vancouver Mall shooting on Halloween.One man died in the shooting and two other men were hurt.

At 6:17 p.m. on Saturday, officers and members of the SWAT team arrested Travis L. Ward at a Vancouver residence on charges of first-degree murder and two counts of assault.
