That phrase is playing out near Southeast 92nd Avenue and Cora Street.
You have neighbors like Joel Rebik.
"It drives me crazy," he says.
And homeless advocates like Kristle Delihanty.
"And I kept saying, just give us a chance," she says.
Both have two different versions of the same event.
