🚨🚔 2 people were killed and 6 others were hurt in two shootings during Halloween celebrations in downtown Orlando early Friday, police said.

Surveillance video captured the 17-year-old suspect opening fire, then police taking him into custody moments later. 🚓

“Whatever his mindset was, he was going to shoot no matter what,” Orlando Police Chief Chief Eric Smith said, noting that the suspect’s motivation is part of the ongoing investigation.
