Northeast Florida lawmakers demand audit of Jacksonville USPS facility over lost, delayed mail

Customers have reported that important packages are being delivered to the wrong states, and in some cases, mail is being lost altogether. These issues have led to calls for a federal audit of a United States Postal Service (USPS) facility in Jacksonville.
