Rev. Mitchell Johnson’s departure is effective immediately and comes at the request of Mayor Brandon Johnson, a statement from the mayor’s office said. It follows the revelation of concerning social media posts about the Hamas-Israel conflict, women, and the September 11, 2001 terror attacks.
