City of Bend approves resolution to create temporary safe stay areas in Juniper Ridge

The city, in league with Deschutes County, looks to create several temporary safe stay areas, adding up to 40 acres total, in Juniper Ridge along HWY 97. Homeless people living in Juniper Ridge will be relocated to these areas right before fire season in May.
