The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) reported it happened 180 miles west of Coos Bay around 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Harold Tobin, director of the Pacific Northwest Seismic Network, joins FOX 12 Now to talk about what the quake means for us.
