Portland police, city leaders discuss preparing for possible civil unrest after election

Portland Police Bureau Chief Bob Day will be joined by Mayor Ted Wheeler, the district attorney, Multnomah County sheriff, and numerous other community partners to talk about preparedness for the civil unrest that might come in the wake of the election.
