Prairie School of DuPage students advocate for state mushroom

Illinois now has a state fungus thanks to students from Prairie School of DuPage. The "giant puffball" is its name.
Our "Nature Nerd" Pam Otto is the outreach ambassador for the St. Charles Park District. She brought along Laura McCoy from the Prairie School of DuPage along with four students.
