A fake story claiming that the Bend Blockbuster Video — the last one on Earth — was closing for good spread across social media over the weekend. Blockbuster’s general manager said it’s not true and that the store is staying open. But the fake post tricked Robert Gallups, who drove eight hours from Sacramento to check the Bend Blockbuster off his bucket list.
