One sick in Oregon due to McDonald’s Quarter Pounder E. coli outbreak

McDonald’s has already started pulling the menu items from some locations while the investigation is underway. According to the Food and Drug Administration, both slivered onions or beef patties on the Quarter Pounder may be the culprit. The CDC does note that the Quarter Pound beef patties are only used on the Quarter Pounders.
