Family sues Beaverton pumpkin patch after train ride tips over, alleging negligence
1 min read
A family is suing a Portland-area pumpkin patch after they say the Hoffman Farm’s miniature train ride tipped over while they were on it.

While on the train, the couple says their grandchild was sitting in Kevin’s lap when the train tipped over.
