Leaders celebrate Bend North Corridor project near completion

Local and state leaders celebrated the completion of the Bend North Corridor Project Wednesday, although it’s clear by the cones that there is still some work to be done.
The ceremony was interrupted when a dust devil hit the proceedings. It’s not clear if the ribbon cutting will be rescheduled.
