City Club of Portland hosts Portland mayoral candidate forum

On Tuesday night, the City Club of Portland is hosting a mayoral candidate forum.
The forum will be moderated by etired political journalist Jeff Mapes, and will introduce voters to the five candidates who qualified for the Small Donor Elections Program: Rene Gonzalez, Mingus Mapps, Liv Osthus, Carmen Rubio, and Keith Wilson.
