Vigil held for Meshay Melendez, Layla Stewart outside Vancouver court

A man who pleaded guilty to killing a Vancouver woman and her young daughter faces sentencing in a Clark County courtroom on Tuesday afternoon. Before the sentencing, family members and friends held a vigil outside the Clark County courthouse.
