Man wounded in chaotic shooting, crash on Portland street

A man was taken to the hospital Friday night after he was shot and wounded while driving on Columbia Boulevard east of Northeast Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard by someone in another car, the Portland Police Bureau said.

It happened about 15 minutes before 6 p.m., and a witness told KATU that he pulled the wounded man, who was covered in blood, out of the car.
