Woman files lawsuit against Miami-Dade County after father was shot dead by police on his own land

The woman who says Miami-Dade police officers shot and killed her father on the family’s own property has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Miami-Dade County, according to court documents obtained by Local 10 News on Friday.
