DCPS approves Capital Plan, inching closer to making Master Facility Plan a reality

The Duval County School Board voted in favor of the first step in the process of updating the Master Facility Plan, which lays out which schools are on the chopping block to make up for a more than $1.4 billion budget shortfall.
