City officials weigh in on loss of ShotSpotter after 19-year-old’s murder

The family of 19-year-old Sierra Evans is preparing for a vigil Wednesday night, but have already voiced concerns about the amount of time it took for her body to be found. Now, aldermen are weighing in on the loss of ShotSpotter.
