The Weather Channel Correspondent Justin Michaels reports from Greenville, South Carolina where he said that more than 70% of people in Greenville County are still without power. When Helene came through Greenville, it would have been a tropical storm bringing just shy of hurricane-force winds knocking down massive trees and the power infrastructure.
