Washington felon allegedly threw rocks at moving cars and ODOT worker on I-205

Washington man with several prior felony convictions pleaded not guilty to throwing rocks at cars, and an ODOT worker, on I-205 in Portland.

According to Portland Police, 47-year-old Phillip Eugene Thomes threw rocks at multiple cars as they drove northbound on I-205 near the exit to Northeast Lombard Street on Tuesday.
