U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Clearwater crews rescued a boater and his dog from rough waves as #HurricaneHelene churned toward the Gulf of Mexico on Thursday. 🌀🌀

The man and his dog had to be saved after their 36-foot sailboat became disabled and started taking on water 25 miles off the coast of Sanibel Island.
