Sarah’s Happy Hour: La Sour

Happy Friday! Ji’s off today so Sarah’s taking over our Bears themed happy hour. All season.. We’re making drinks that go with the team we’re playing. So, since the Bears are playing the La Rams on Sunday… Today we’re going to make an LA Sour!
I’ll preface this whole thing with a quote I saw on one drink blog about this called "Bottled In Bond LA".. Saying "The Los Angeles cocktail is terrible and is a perfect example of a bad drink that survives because it’s old."
So with that said.. Let’s try it out! You add 2 ounces of Whiskey. With 1 ounce of lemon juice.. 1 egg white..4 tsp of sugar.. And a splash of Vermouth. Combine all in a shaker and strain!
