BODYCAM: Teen stranded in car by Hurricane Helene flooding rescued

Hillsborough County deputies rescued a teenager stranded on an inundated road after she tried to drive through floodwaters in Tampa, as Hurricane Helene slammed Florida on Thursday.

Bodycam footage released by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office shows a deputy helping the teenager into his car while assuring her that she’s okay.
