City Liquidators’ owner frustrated over homeless encampment ahead of event

A homeless encampment in Southeast Portland is causing a big headache for business owners in the area.

On Saturday, the Wedge Cheese Festival is expected to kick off at Southeast 2nd and Morrison Street. But, as the setup is in progress, the event space owner and workers can’t help but notice the encampment lining the property where customers are expected to park.
