People in a Portland neighborhood are concerned with the idea of a new baseball stadium.
This comes after the Portland Diamond Project announced its intent to buy 32 acres of land in the South Waterfront area for the project.
The neighborhood has had its fair share of traffic issues, but some are afraid crowds could increase activity in the area.
