US Representative Andrea Salinas will discuss the bi-partisan Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Recovery (STAR) Plus Scholarship Act. The bill would provide $75 million in scholarships for mental and behavioral health students who graduate and agree to work in underrepresented areas.
