Hurricane Helene expected to become Category 4 before hitting Florida

As of Wednesday at 5 p.m. the National Hurricane Center said Hurricane Helene is moving toward the north at 12 mph, with sustained winds upwards of 85 mph, and this motion should continue through this evening. A northward or north-northeastward motion at a faster forward speed is expected during the next 36 hours.
