Tropical storm forecast: Disturbance could become major hurricane before Florida landfall, NHC

Potential Tropical Cyclone Nine is expected to become a hurricane on Wednesday, and is forecast to become a major hurricane on Thursday before making landfall over Florida, according to the National Hurricane Center. FOX 35 meteorologist T.J. Springer discusses the latest 8 p.m. tropics update.
