Three more lawsuits allege sexual abuse at Oregon youth correctional facilities

A total of 16 former and current Oregon Youth Authority (OYA) staff members are named as defendants in six different lawsuits that allege sexual abuse and misconduct in two different Oregon Youth Correctional facilities.
The lawsuits allege sexual abuse occurred at the hands of three former OYA employees but also allege that their managers, still employed by OYA, should have been aware of the abuse and should have prevented it.
